Implementation Plan

  1. Establishing and extending cultural, recreational and educational and income-generation opportunities to local residents.
    1. Providing educational programs through a rural radio station focusing on health, agriculture, microbusiness and primary education;
    2. Serving as a community classroom ;
      1. Conducting seminars, workshops, and the like;
        1. Educating local youth on the importance of wildlife habitat and conservation;
        2. Educating local residents and visitors of the biological richness of the Banyang-Mbo Wildlife Sanctuary;
      2. Implementing economic development projects;
      3. Implementing demonstration projects.
    3. Serving as a meeting place for community events;
  2. Creating community service projects focused on meeting the needs of local residents;

  3. Formulating and maintaining working partnerships with local residents and organizations;
  4. Creating opportunities to encourage, facilitate, support and enhance participation in the daily life and events of the Tali community area;
  5. Assist the Tali community area residents to find solutions to their common problems through research projects.
